First stop was picking up Cousin Benny. Mary was coming later after a Baptism so we took advantage of having some cousin time.
Next stop, Lagoon. Not only was Frightmare's going on but Aaron was ready for some rides.
As a tradition the first ride is always on the boats.
Then it was off to the cars
He also went on the Helicopters and another Elephant ride but the Elephant ride was a little too much because he had a look of terror and seasickness as it whipped him around in circles. So we ended with a calm ride on the carousal.
After we took a few photo opts, rode a few rides and walked through a couple of maze/houses and got our treats we sent off for Idaho.
We stopped for a quick Maddox to go lunch and ate it at a Brigham City park and then we were off again on the interstate headed for Lava Hot Springs.
Aaron was happy as a clam splashing like he was having the biggest bath of his life. Bart was happy as a clam soaking in the 118 degree mineral pool and the kids well they were happy Joe and Sarah met us there and they followed the Joe around like little ducks.
We were lucky to be treated to a yummy dinner at Sarah and Joe's house and then it was off for more swimming at the motel.
The blessing was beautiful the lunch was yummy and we caught a picture of all the Grandkids! It's amazing how posterity can grow so fast.

Look at your baby riding the boats! He has good big sisters to help him on the rides. I'm so glad you could take Benny. He felt special that day (:
ReplyDeleteAaron is looking so handsome and grown up - a real toddler!! Sounds like such a fun and relaxing trip.
