Our Elf on the Shelf was a present from Pauline the year we moved into our new house back in 2012. The girls named her Zoey. Zoey's matured over the years and last year she introduced us to her boyfriend Zippy Zac. She also trusted us enough that she brought us her pet reindeer to meet and asked us to name it. The kids decided on Drippy. Soon after Zoey and Zippy got engaged and then got married last year on Christmas Eve before they went back to the North Pole.
Well this year when they came back the married couple announced that they were expecting not just one child but twins. Excitement filled the air as they gave us a baby reveal party but before they came Zoey and Zippy brought another one of their pets to entertain us this holiday season. The kids decided to name it Pippy. Soon after the cutest little elves in the whole wide world was born. We named the girl Khloe and the boy Kobe.
Each morning my kids woke up to look for "the Besties" which now includes Zoey, Zippy, Drippy, Pippy, Khloe and Kobe. Whew that's a lot of elves to keep track. Zoey sure has her hands full now with her bustling family and it feels a little out of control but don't most big happy families?
